Whitmore Law Office is a full service law firm, providing large firm experience and knowledge with the personal attention of a small firm. We concentrate our practice in estate planning and probate, real estate, and business and commercial law.
In our estate planning practice, we consult with and advise our clients as to the best way to document their wishes for handling their affairs should they become disabled or pass away. We prepare wills, trusts and related documents, such as durable power of attorney and health care directives (health care power of attorney and living will) to implement their plans.
Our staff is experienced and efficient at promptly handling probate and estate matters and helping make this difficult time a little easier.
Our services for small businesses include incorporation and formation of other business organizations such as LLCs and partnerships. We can also assist with your business acquisitions and sales, contract negotiations and drafting, purchase and lease of real estate, and franchising and licensing issues. We maintain our office in Omaha, Nebraska.
